Join our team to support the administration of various executive compensation plans and programs!
As an Executive Compensation Operations - Senior Associate within the Executive Compensation team, you will support compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in processes related to granting, administering, and distributing vested equity awards, deferred compensation, and/or processing employee stock purchase plans. You will collaborate with team members, managers, and other operational, product, and service teams across the global HR function.
Job responsibilities
  • Engage in the administration and activity reporting of Executive Compensation products for senior level employees, including stock awards, mandatory and voluntary deferred compensation, and other grand-fathered non-qualified plans.
  • Support and/or lead the day-to-day operations of the employee stock purchase plan.
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization to ensure compliance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements, reporting, accurate and efficient transaction processing, improving operational efficiency and other activities as required.
  • Support customer service inquiries via research and providing data as necessary.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Basic knowledge of equity awards, deferred compensation, and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field
  • Experience in executive compensation administration, preferably within a large corporation
  • Familiarity with global compensation and benefit practices
