Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the trusted strategic communications counsel to senior leaders (Vice President and above), primarily supporting Lowe's Technology organization. This role shapes executive and enterprise messaging and develops integrated communications strategies that support major initiatives and enterprise priorities. This role is critical to Lowe's because it serves as a strategic conduit between the business, external and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
  • Develop integrated communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and key business initiatives, ensuring senior leaders have clear, consistent and timely messaging
  • Provide thought leadership in corporate communications strategy, contributing to comprehensive communication that include external and internal elements
  • Develop executive visibility and branding strategies that position senior leaders effectively across key forums and moments, aligned with enterprise and business priorities
  • Proactively plans and supports executive communications for internal and external speaking engagements, ensuring leaders are well-prepared to deliver impactful messages
  • Exercise strong editorial judgment when drafting, reviewing and refining executive-level communications, translating complex concepts into clear, effective messaging for a wide range of audiences
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across the business to ensure seamless collaboration with others including Sales and Ops Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, BTV, LOE, Compensation, HR and IT
  • Oversee the planning and execution of special communication projects and initiatives, collaborating with key internal and external partners to ensure quality, alignment and disciplined delivery
  • Is entrusted with confidential and sensitive company information. This position requires strong judgment and executive presence
  • Responsibilities may include managing an individual contributor or small team

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Television / Media, Communications or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5 Years Corporate Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations experience

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree Business, Journalism, Communications or equivalent experience
  • 10 Years Corporate Communications, Television, or Public Relations experience
  • 5 Years People management / supervisory experience
