Your mission
  • Be a force multiplier for three Go-To-Market leaders by managing scheduling, email, travel, and communications and driving operational projects and events (both internal and external) with excellence.

Your one year outcomes
  • Provide top tier support for calendar, email, and travel management by driving each work-stream autonomously, proactively, efficiently and effectively.

  • Build a deep understanding of your leaders OKRs and priorities, and utilize your business acumen to ensure they are spending 100% of their time on allocated areas of work.

  • Become an extension of your leaders, anticipating their needs, driving administrative and operational projects with excellence, and “seeing around corners” on their behalf.

  • Partner with the GTM - EBP to drive logistics for conferences and off-sites.

  • Partner with the broader EBP team to plan company-wide retreats and other off-sites.

Role-specific
  • Has 8-10 years of experience providing strategic administrative support.

  • Advanced skill level with calendar, travel, and email management.

  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional and external facing medium to large scale project / events from ideation through delivery.

  • Ability to quickly establish exemplary trust with senior leaders / stakeholders and exhibits composure.

  • Communicates and drives work autonomously, proactively, effectively and efficiently.

  • High EQ with ability to influence across all levels of experience.

  • Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback.

  • Works effectively in a remote setting, is available for in-person events multiple times per year, and is available during pacific time (PT) & mountain time (MT) working hours.

The starting salary for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
