About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support C-level leaders at A1.

This role combines execution, coordination, and judgment. You will manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure high-impact work progresses smoothly across teams.

You are expected to operate independently, handle ambiguity, and maintain a high standard of reliability and discretion.


What You'll be Doing
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, understanding priorities and helping drive execution

  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with strong judgment

  • Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure follow-through on key initiatives

  • Prepare materials, summaries, and briefings for internal and external discussions

  • Identify gaps, risks, and misalignment early, and help resolve them

  • Improve workflows and ways of working to increase efficiency and clarity

  • Communicate clearly across teams, adapting to different stakeholders

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment


What You Will Need
  • Experience in executive support, operations, or similar roles

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Clear, concise communication across different audiences

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
