Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) serve as locations where we engage customers and partners to expand their insight into NVIDIA’s solutions and promote strategic alignment. This role plays a key part in ensuring we have a solid platform featuring the necessary automations, integrations, and operational stability to support the full program. We are hiring a systems-focused Program Manager to manage BriefingSource administration, Salesforce reporting and integration, metrics strategy, data quality, workflow enablement, and AI adoption for NVIDIA's global EBC Program. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by developing scalable processes for a fast paced global program, this opportunity is a great fit.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive the EBC reporting and analytics engine, including recurring reporting, data assurance, and leadership-ready insights.

  • Own BriefingSource administration, reporting workflows, field quality, workflow support, vendor customer concern handling, and issue resolution across the EBC program.

  • Partner directly with Sales Operations teams to improve dashboards, integration quality, and SFDC linkage.

  • Identify and implement practical AI-enabled workflows across briefing intake, reporting, feedback capture, knowledge retrieval, and team operations.

  • Define and maintain EBC program metrics across operational health, survey performance, partner activation, pipeline influence, and program outcomes.

  • Collaborate with global EBC program owners to develop scalable processes and tools for initiatives such as Speakers Bureau, Demos, EBC at key events, and regional operations.

  • Manage working relationships with vendors, reporting partners, and other cross-functional teams.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of meaningful industry experience in program management, business operations, customer engagement operations, systems administration, analytics, or related roles.

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Direct hands-on BriefingSource experience, including administration, reporting, data quality, field configuration, workflow support, vendor concern management, and issue resolution.

  • Experience in Salesforce reporting and integration, particularly when Salesforce data supports downstream operational systems, dashboards, or customer engagement workflows.

  • Strong understanding of reporting logic, data quality, metrics definitions, dashboard development, and operational reporting practices.

  • Ability to evaluate AI workflow opportunities, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide adoption with non-technical users.

  • Ability to learn NVIDIA's GTM motion, partner ecosystem, and EBC operating model quickly, then apply that context to better intake, reporting, and workflow decisions.

  • Strong program management skills across systems, operations, vendors, timelines, collaborators, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive issues to resolution.

  • Ability to support multiple, varying initiatives across the broader organization.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain data, status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong understanding of Executive Briefing Center operations and how briefing data drives operational excellence, executive visibility, and strategic GTM impact.

  • Hands-on experience building agentic workflows and AI-assisted business process automation — including MCP servers, APIs, and prompt evaluation — while preserving human review and sound business judgment.

  • Skilled at designing human-in-the-loop automation where users review, approve, and refine system recommendations before action.

  • Background supporting global programs, priority events, partner-facing initiatives, regional operations, and sales enablement across time zones.

  • Proficient with agentic AI tools, Microsoft Office, BriefingSource, Salesforce, Jira, and reporting/dashboard platforms.
