You’ll provide one-on-one executive support to the CEO, manage internal and external communications, coordinate executive priorities, support senior leadership meetings, and help drive special projects from start to finish.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for matters related to the CEO’s office.
- Support communication with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Coordinate agendas for senior management meetings, off sites, and all-staff meetings.
- Prioritize competing requests and follow through on time-sensitive projects.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Build strong working relationships with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support executive outreach, external relations, and special projects.
- Help create better workflows, efficiencies, and daily operating structure.
- Support family life and personal business needs connected to the CEO’s schedule.
- Plan corporate events and travel as needed.
- Work independently on projects from planning through completion.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in a digital marketing organization preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with internal and external communications.
- Experience with partnership development and process improvement.
- Proficiency in founder branding and executive management support.
- Experience planning corporate events and travel.
- Reliable internet access and a professional remote work setup.
