How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements and appointments to optimize productivity
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls and visitors, while prioritizing key issues for executive attention
- Prepare executives for events and engagements by gathering information and assisting with presentations and speeches
- Organize and produce complex documents using various office technologies and software applications
- Safeguard confidential information and data while maintaining accurate records
- Plan and execute comprehensive event logistics including attendee coordination, information flow, and on-site arrangements
- Oversee selected administrative functions and provide support as requested by leadership

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Experience
3+ years of executive administration experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks efficiently
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Clear and effective oral and written communication
- Sound judgment, initiative and ability to accomplish job duties independently
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
