Executive Assistant – SVP, Global Sales

The Executive Assistant (EA) for Global Sales provides high‑level administrative support to the SVP and CMO of Global Sales and their leadership team. This role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a fast‑paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, anticipates needs, navigates ambiguity with ease, and consistently delivers high‑quality work. They build strong relationships across teams, demonstrate sound judgment, and manage competing priorities with confidence.

This role is required in the office five (5) days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Communication Management

  • Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone executive calendars.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and global customers.
  • Coordinate clear, timely communication across the Global Sales organization.

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Partner with other EAs and executives to ensure seamless travel coordination.

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Process expenses and track key deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Support operational efficiency by anticipating needs and improving workflow processes.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including virtual and in‑person team offsites.

Project Management

  • Support special projects, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 6+ years supporting senior executives (Director level and above).
  • Global Acumen: Experience working with international teams and global business operations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, discretion, diplomacy, and ability to excel under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively based on urgency, importance, and capacity.
