We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to join our Federal Division and serve as a strategic force multiplier for our two Presidents. Operating through Breakthrough thinking, you will drive executive excellence by orchestrating high-stakes meetings, managing complex travel and calendars, and acting as a trusted liaison between these two Leaders, to create efficient, prioritized and impactful meetings. Beyond traditional support, you will manage operational readiness by tracking Federal contract requirements, maintaining visibility into division performance through intelligent reporting and dashboard creation, and accelerating cross-functional collaboration to ensure our team operates at peak performance.

The ideal candidate possesses federal industry experience and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Power BI and/or other reporting and presentation tools for executive-level presentations would be an advantage alongside CRM/ERP tools. This role requires an ownership mentality, someone who shows initiative, compassion and has the emotional intelligence to lead a room without being at the front of it. If you are a professional who thrives on resolving obstacles quickly and modeling legendary service through discretion and innovation, we invite you to help us elevate how our Federal Leaders show up to serve.

In lieu of a cover letter, please provide concise answers to the following:

  1. The Possibility Mindset: Describe a time you used Breakthrough thinking to transform a major scheduling or project "roadblock" into a successful outcome.
  2. Executive Integration: How do you approach becoming a true "extension" of a leader while balancing competing priorities from various Partners?
  3. Operational Precision: How have you used AI to streamline or help make your role more efficient? Give an example using the STAR process (situation, task, action, result).

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $110,000.00 per year. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a profit-sharing bonus.
