🔑 Your Role:

As Executive Assistant – Digital Marketing, you’ll ensure smooth client operations and provide essential support for both internal teams and client accounts. You will:

Client Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients (email updates, scheduling check-ins).
  • Track client tasks in Hubflo and assign to VAs (or handle directly where needed).
  • Monitor deliverables and deadlines (content, optimizations, reporting).

Reporting & Analytics Prep

  • Pull and organize performance data from Morningscore, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Prepare draft reports in Google Slides/Docs for client review.
  • Highlight key wins, declines, and trends to support strategic decisions.

Process & SOP Building

  • Document repeatable tasks (onboarding, content uploads, reporting).
  • Help build and maintain a clear SOP library (Google Docs + Loom videos).
  • Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Executive & Team Support

  • Reduce administrative workload for leadership so they can focus on sales and strategy.
  • Provide ad hoc operational support across projects as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing support, account management, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms: Hubflo, Morningscore, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Suite, task management platforms, reporting templates).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Process-minded, with a passion for creating documentation and improving workflows.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to represent the company professionally with clients.
