Job Description SummaryThe Executive Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration with the largest Healthcare groups and selected academic institutions equipped with multi-disciplinary capabilities in Central East Europe.
This role will be responsible to understand challenges within the customer ecosystem and establish C-suite contacts in order to develop and structure solutions, introduce care pathway concepts, accelerate their growth, and drive efficiency and optimization of customer’s existing operations leveraging GE Healthcare’s portfolio, as well as coordinate the closure and execution of projects driving business growth across necessary GE Healthcare functions and organizations.

Responsibilities
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key healthcare stakeholders in academic hospitals, focusing on oncology, cardiology and neurology. Identify qualified leads, expand market share, and boost revenue while reducing customer attrition and enhancing the GE HealthCare brand locally.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for orders and revenue. Maximize profit margins on equipment and service contract sales across all GE Healthcare modalities.
- Strategic Customer Engagement: Utilize your understanding of customers' strategic goals, market positions, and budgets to create value-driven offerings. Drive regional funnel growth by aligning with the countries’ Oncology, Cardiology and Neurology Strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights, trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Technology & Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of customers' installed base and develop technology and clinical offers that align with their annual budgets.
- Lead and Collaborate: Lead the account community team, orchestrating deals and long-term plans that align with mutually beneficial strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to promote a cross-business portfolio and strategy for cardiology, oncology and neurology.
- International Cooperation: Work closely with the international enterprise solution team to promote cross-business strategies for cardiology, oncology and neurology.
Qualifications
- Exposure: Proven track record in sales within the medical devices industry and an established business network among cardiology and oncology opinion leaders.
- Educational Background: Master's degree with experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, modality expertise, or clinical technology leadership, particularly in oncology, cardiology and neurology.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present complex information effectively to decision-makers, both verbally and in writing.
- Executive Presence: Strong executive and C-suite presence.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management: Exposure to project management.
- Regional Responsibility: Responsible for selected accounts across Croatia, Czech, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.
