Wells Fargo is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Human Resources Leader to oversee the HR team supporting our Enterprise Functions & Technology organizations. This executive will provide strategic partnership to the Operating Committee Members for Technology, Finance, Strategy, Risk, Legal, Audit, Public Affairs; leading the HR strategy and delivery for approximately 60,000 employees. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this leader will oversee a high-performing team of HR Executives and Business Partners.
In this role, the leader will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior business leaders, shaping and executing human capital strategies that accelerate business performance, elevate leadership capability, strengthen organizational culture and engagement, and proactively mitigate risk. The remit spans the full spectrum of Human Resources with responsibility for employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership and talent development, coaching, organizational effectiveness, compensation, employee engagement, and manager capability.
Human Resources, as a critical control function and part of a broader management team, would champion change and transformation across the firm, develop and mentor talent, including HR professionals and drive enterprise-minded outcomes along with proper mitigation of employment risks.
Required Qualifications:
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$290,000.00 - $500,000.00

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Management experience
- Extensive experience operating within large, complex, multi-business corporate environments, ideally in a highly regulated industry, with strong preference for leaders who have navigated the demands and risk expectations of the financial services sector.
- Proven track record supporting and influencing a large-scale, global workforce within a major financial institution, with demonstrated capability in aligning HR strategy across diverse geographies.
- Deep expertise supporting sophisticated technology organizations, coupled with experience partnering directly with other enterprise functions-including Risk, Strategy, Legal, Audit, Finance, and Public Affairs-to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide HR solutions.
- Comprehensive HR functional breadth, including leadership in employee relations, compensation strategy, and learning and development, with the ability to translate HR insights into actionable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated executive-level presence and leadership, evidenced by the ability to build trusted relationships at the most senior levels, communicate with clarity and influence, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Success thriving in a highly matrixed, enterprise-scale operating model, with the ability to lead through complexity, collaborate across organizational boundaries, and achieve results through coordination, influence, and partnership.
- Strong risk and control mindset, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate employment-related risks while ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory expectations and HR policies.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and sustain impactful HR programs and processes with speed, accountability, and measurable outcomes-balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution.
