EverPro is seeking a strategic, experienced, and versatile Senior Manager, Content Lead to join the Brand & Creative team. This role is responsible for leading the development, strategy, and execution of content across platforms to support the company’s marketing, communications, and brand goals.

The ideal candidate is both a strong writer and a strong leader – capable of crafting compelling content across campaigns, web, and events while guiding others in delivering high-quality, brand-aligned work. This role will help shape the EverPro brand voice, manage the content lifecycle, and play a key role in how we apply tools like AI to improve quality, efficiency, and scale. The person in this role must be comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels – leading by doing, while also setting standards for the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content across campaigns, websites, and customer-facing initiatives
  • Partner with designers to concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ad copy, video scripts, and event messaging
  • Partner with UX and web teams to develop and implement website content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs
  • Translate content strategies into concise, conversion-driven website copy to engage users and drive key actions
  • Establish and uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels, including new brand and product launches
  • Manage and mentor other writers (directly or indirectly), providing editorial guidance and ensuring high standards across all deliverables
  • Contribute to brand storytelling and messaging as EverPro transitions from a portfolio of sub-brands to a unified brand
  • Guide how we leverage AI tools to support content creation, efficiency, and innovation
  • Support high-priority initiatives such as trade show events, product rollouts, and cross-sell campaigns with persuasive, high-impact messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand strategy, product marketing, web, and creative teams to ensure content is aligned and impactful

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or editorial leadership, with a strong portfolio of brand, campaign, and web work
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring writers, setting editorial standards, and managing content workflows
  • Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy that drives engagement and aligns with business goals
  • Deep understanding of brand voice development and content governance across multi-channel environments
  • Experience creating user-focused content strategies that enhance UX, support SEO, and align with digital product needs
  • Skilled in writing website copy informed by UX and conversion best practices, ideally within SaaS or service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with emerging tools and technologies for content creation and workflow automation, including generative AI
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Why This Role Matters:

This position fills a critical gap in the Brand & Creative team – providing both the leadership and hands-on expertise to elevate EverPro’s content across platforms. As we move toward a unified brand, we need a dedicated content lead who understands our products, collaborates seamlessly with design and strategy, and brings the consistency, speed, and context that external resources simply can’t provide. This role ensures our content isn’t just well-written – it’s purposeful, aligned, and ready to scale.

Where: Remote

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid

  • Continued investment in your professional development
  • Day 1 access to a robust health and wellness benefits package, including an annual wellness stipend.
  • 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting
  • Flexible and generous (FTO) time-off
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

EverCommerce is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We look forward to reviewing your credentials and getting to know more about your experience!
