Business/Vertical: 

The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers.  Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management. 

We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee one of our New Business Acquisition teams at EverPro's Value-Add division. The Sales Manager leads a team of six to eight individual sales professionals and ensures that each team member’s activity, development, and revenue goals are planned and met on a weekly and monthly basis. The Sales Manager ultimately drives sales by focusing the team on pipeline and by developing the strategic selling skills of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve overall team sales goals.

  • Coach and motivate individual team members.

  • Develop team members for current and future opportunities.

  • Hire and develop new team members for future growth.

  • Analyze sales forecasts, pipelines, and data.

  • Collaborate with other departments and sales teams to enrich business.

  • Maintain the proper product attach ratio’s (e.g. PulseM, Customer Lobby, Listen360, and ZyraTalk)

  • Utilize Salesforce.com and sales methodology.

  • Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization, promoting a can-do culture and positive environment, advising reps on accounts, answering questions, and providing assistance when necessary.

  • Assist with sales to prospective clients regarding EverPro's Value-Add products and services and assist with demos when necessary.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • A bachelor’s degree.

  • Five years of sales experience, with a minimum of two years of first-line sales management experience.

  • Field Service Industry is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing within a velocity sales environment, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies.

  • A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development.

  • Strong, high-level relationship skills.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives through data and empirical analysis.

  • The ability to thrive in a team selling environment.

  • Coaching and mentoring skills.

  • The ability to grasp and absorb new concepts quickly (such as rapid advancements in the business technology industry).

  • Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $155,000- $165,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
