  • Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, nurture, conversion, onboarding, retention, and expansion
  • Translate business and campaign requirements into scalable lifecycle programs that improve funnel performance and customer engagement
  • Ensure accurate lifecycle and campaign tracking across connected Salesforce instances, maintaining clean data, proper attribution, and alignment between marketing and sales systems
  • Build and maintain journeys that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform and data constraints

Quality, Risk & Reliability

  • Maintain high standards for execution quality and campaign delivery across lifecycle programs
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, journey performance, and delivery failures
  • Proactively identify execution risks that could impact customer experience or performance, and escalate with recommended solutions

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers, copywriters, designers, and analysts to execute campaigns effectively
  • Provide input on feasibility, timelines, and execution approach during campaign planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to balance speed, quality, and scalability in campaign delivery
