EverPro is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing operations strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and serving as a key partner to the Head of Marketing, this role drives scalable execution, operational efficiency, and performance visibility across the funnel. You will align strategy, planning, and measurement to optimize lead management, campaign execution, and performance reporting—maximizing pipeline contribution and ROI.
As a cross-functional leader, you'll help transform how we execute, measure, and improve marketing efforts, enabling teams to move faster, operate smarter, and deliver measurable impact. This role is key to driving marketing efficiency, pipeline growth, and alignment across the go-to-market organization to support revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the marketing operating framework to drive scalable execution, process consistency, and alignment with business and revenue objectives
- Optimize lead management and funnel operations—including scoring, routing, segmentation, and MQL-to-SQL conversion—in partnership with Sales Operations
- Forecast marketing-sourced demand and lead volume to support accurate pipeline planning and revenue alignment
- Lead the development and execution of marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with Marketing, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to align marketing investments with revenue goals
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Drive pipeline reporting and closed-loop measurement to inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making
- Shape the marketing technology strategy by partnering with Revenue and Business Operations to ensure seamless integration, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations team focused on execution, innovation, and transformation
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position building and developing high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Finance or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing across the full customer lifecycle — from lead generation to retention and expansion
- Experience designing and scaling lead management, funnel optimization, and campaign performance strategies
- Proven success driving pipeline contribution, marketing efficiency, and ROI improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience building performance frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with integrating marketing systems and data tools to enable measurement and automation
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and RevOps
Where: Remote
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $180,000 to $190,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
