We are looking for a Business Development Representative to focus on our Customer Experience Solutions: pulseM, Customer Lobby, GuildQuality and Listen360. Our software enables businesses to effortlessly connect with their customers, build trust and loyalty, and most importantly… reach higher levels of success.

The Customer Engagement Solutions team at EverCommerce is seeking ambitious and talented individuals interested in launching their sales career within a dynamic and competitive work setting. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll have the chance to support the success of small businesses and contribute directly to our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to service businesses via phone calls to identify, nurture, and assess new business prospects. Following the qualification process, you'll arrange demonstrations with an Account Executive.

Successful candidates in this role are characterized by fearlessness, focus, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving success.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to small businesses to introduce them to our solutions, qualify and schedule them for a demo with our product experts
  • Manage a high volume of calls and work to build a steady stream of new business
  • Use your organizational skills and strong work ethic to consistently follow up on all assigned activities and maintain a successful pipeline
  • Demonstrate proactive sourcing and qualifying of leads, and effectively engage with relevant contacts
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in sales skills, with a focus on professional development
  • Demonstrate confidence and proficiency in phone communication with prospective customers

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Demonstrate drive and confidence in making cold calls and engaging with potential clients
  • Comfort communicating at all levels within an organization from gatekeeper to CEO
  • Superior organization & time management skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for results
  • A strong desire to excel and achieve goals, with a focus on personal and team success
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The target base compensation for this position $21.95/hour + $2,250/month in commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
