As part of our central AI team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product, and design leaders across our portfolio to identify high-value opportunities, standardize core AI infrastructure, and accelerate time-to-market for AI-driven functionality.

- Champion best practices in agent workflow design, AI/ML Ops, and evaluation methodologies across the organization.
- Execution & Delivery
- Define and track success metrics (performance, reliability, usage, and business impact) for AI platform components.
- Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Manage backlog, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate releases for shared AI services.
Governance & Standards
- Establish frameworks for model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement (evals, safety, performance).
- Ensure compliance with internal security, privacy, and responsible AI standards. Define agent UX principles (reversibility, confirmations, transparency of actions, human-override paths).
- Foster knowledge-sharing and reusable tooling adoption across teams.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Required:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products, platforms, or infrastructure.
