We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on our Service Fusion solution.
Service Fusion is a leading software company that provides an all-in-one platform for field service management. Our comprehensive solution helps businesses streamline their operations, improve customer satisfaction, and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to focus on driving revenue growth through our existing customer base.
The Account Manager (Revenue Growth) will focus exclusively on driving revenue from existing customer accounts. This role will involve identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing renewals, and working to maximize the lifetime value of customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our customers' needs, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to align Service Fusion’s offerings with client business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional Service Fusion features, products, and services to existing customers.
- Renewals: Manage the renewal process for all assigned accounts, ensuring a smooth and timely renewal while identifying opportunities for contract expansions.
- Account Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and ensure customers are maximizing the value they get from the platform.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement account-specific sales strategies that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Customer Retention: Identify at-risk customers and proactively engage them with tailored solutions to ensure retention and minimize churn.
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs and align Service Fusion’s solutions to drive more value.
- Collaboration with CSM Team: Work in tandem with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes and are positioned for growth within the Service Fusion platform.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, including usage metrics and KPIs, to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and provide forecasts of revenue growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management, Sales, or similar revenue-generating role, preferably within SaaS or field service management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with account-based selling, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of Service Fusion or similar field service management platforms is a plus.
Where: Remote, US/CAN with some travel to annual sales training events
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
