EverHealth is looking for a Training & Enablement Analyst to join our Learning & Enablement team. In this role, you are responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining engaging training programs for new and existing employees across sales, customer success, support, product, and operations groups.

You:

You are a collaborative, detail-oriented learning professional who thrives on building impactful learning experiences. You have hands-on expertise with Workday Learning or a comparable LMS, and you turn complex product and process information into clear, engaging content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. You are confident facilitating live virtual sessions, interpreting learning data, and iterating quickly to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve new-hire onboarding and ongoing training for global sales, customer success, support, and product teams.

  • Develop engaging e-learning modules, microlearning assets, job aids, and live virtual workshops using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, HR, and regional leaders to align training content with business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Interpret learning analytics and performance metrics to identify skill gaps and optimize training effectiveness.

  • Maintain standardized instructional design templates, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Provide clear feedback to learners and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in corporate training, enablement, or learning and development.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning or another enterprise LMS.

  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or comparable authoring tools.

  • Strong virtual and in-person facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interpret data dashboards and translate insights into action.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Results oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

Where:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
