The EverHealth team seeks a highly experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to help us elevate our products and solutions to meet market demand and proactively elevate our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the teams that conceive, roadmap, and execute initiatives to improve Engagement and Communications products and tools such as Electronic Fax, Video Conferencing, Patient Portals, Scheduling and SMS based provider-patient communications. You will work with capability product owners, engineering, cross-company leadership, and other areas of the organization to ensure that we deliver secure, high-quality, performant, and reliable products that will support growth and efficiency for small to mid sized Healthcare practices. 

 

As a Senior Product Manager:  

  • Work closely with our customers and business partners to understand desired outcomes, identify opportunities to deliver business value, and create product plans that balance rapid innovation with achieving a longer-term vision.  

  • Engage with multiple capability teams comprised of a product owner, engineers and QA to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives and roadmap priorities.  

  • Partner with project teams, vendors, engineering, architecture, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role, driving engagement and communications capabilities from inception to implementation.  

  • This role requires superior communication and presentation skills to articulate what we are doing and how we are doing it to a variety of cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and team members. 

  • Promote product and engineering best practices by engaging with engineering and design partners to strive for product excellence. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Marketing to develop and release features focused on improving the efficiency and usability of engagement and communications tools.  

  • Identify scalable solutions to help internal stakeholders succeed while driving a better customer experience from the inside out.  

  • Simplify, automate, or otherwise improve operational processes through new tooling, first and third-party product integrations, and workflow improvements driving efficiency for the customer base. 

  • Define product requirements and collaborate with Design and Engineering for the timely delivery of key features and improvements to balance short-term and longer-term needs.  

  • Brainstorm and solve problems facing patients and providers from first principles through direct experience, deep research, and observation.  

  • Establish the product vision and strategy for your product areas with a key emphasis on business success and customer needs 

  • Maintain and groom a product backlog that balances innovation with product stability and feature enhancements. 

  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product/engineering teams, cross-functional partners (marketing, customer experience, operations, etc.), and the leadership/executive team.  

  • Work with other product teams to design reliable systems that scale.  

 

Required Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Informatics, Healthcare or a related field is preferred.  

  • 4+ years as Product Manager in the healthcare industry 

  • 4+ years of experience working with design and engineering teams, driving the development of high-quality products that effectively accomplish business goals.  

  • Strong preference for experience working with Electronic Health Records or medical practice support,  communications and patient engagement tools.  

  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, understand complex user problems, then document and explain them.  

  • Be data-driven: define KPIs and reporting, then use the analysis to drive feature development and track launch success 

  • Working knowledge of commonly used tools such as Jira, MS Office products, Heap Analytics, Chameleon  and Figma. 

  • An extremely sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what types of innovative products will be effective at helping our customer base simplify their business 

  • Experience leading an agile software development team, ideally developing healthcare-based products with internal and external customers.  

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.  

 

 

Where: This will be a 100% remote position with 25% or less travel required

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 USD per year in most US locations. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
