We are seeking a Revenue Analyst with a strong financial background and hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing revenue forecasting models that accurately predict customer consumption of EverHealth’s RCM and Practice Management services. 

The Revenue Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue predictability and scalability, building both traditional revenue cycle forecasts and usage-based revenue models. They will partner closely with Finance, Sales, and GTM leaders to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making and support company growth. 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has proven experience in healthcare RCM, and can confidently translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and maintain revenue forecasting models that project recurring, renewal, and usage-based revenue. 
  • Collaborate with RCM and Practice Management sales teams to understand pipeline dynamics, deal structures, and customer usage drivers. 
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to integrate forecasting models into EverHealth’s broader GTM and financial planning processes. 
  • Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual performance, identifying drivers and recommending adjustments. 
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track key revenue cycle KPIs (e.g., AR days, collection rates, denial rates, churn). 
  • Analyze billing, collections, and cash flow trends across RCM to inform forecasting assumptions. 
  • Provide insights into usage-based revenue forecasting, including predictive models linking product usage to revenue outcomes. 
  • Present clear, actionable insights to GTM leaders, Finance, and executives. 
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles with detailed analysis and scenario modeling. 
  • Continuously improve data quality, scalability, and automation of forecasting processes. 
  • Monitor industry trends and customer consumption patterns to refine models. 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Revenue Analysis, FP&A, RevOps, or Sales Ops within SaaS or healthcare services. 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims, and collections processes. 
  • Proven experience building financial forecast models (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools). 
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption revenue forecasting strongly preferred. 
  • Proficiency with CRM and financial systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zuora, etc.); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker) a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate data into stories for both technical and executive audiences. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
