We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing partner marketing initiatives that support our key brands – DrChrono, Updox, and CollaborateMD – while working closely with our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, partnership strategy, and driving growth through partner-led initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives across DrChrono, Updox, and CollaborateMD.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners.
- Build and manage co-marketing campaigns, content, and programs with key partners to drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Create marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and educational resources for partner teams.
- Develop joint value propositions, messaging frameworks, and partner communication plans.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives to assess ROI and optimize campaign strategies.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure alignment on marketing goals and seamless collaboration on initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to align messaging and maximize campaign impact.
 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

- 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles within the health tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful partner marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing co-branded content, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and the healthcare industry is a plus.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
