We are seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead and inspire a team of 6 Account Managers focused on driving expansion growth across our customer base. This leader will coach, develop, and scale the team to achieve quota attainment, improve customer satisfaction, and deepen adoption of EverHealth solutions. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team of 6-8 reps. 

  • Drive expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals. 

  • Establish clear performance expectations, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor. 

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities. 

  • Implement Sandler methodology and other proven sales frameworks to improve deal qualification and execution. 

  • Monitor customer health and proactively address churn risks. 

  • Provide regular coaching sessions, deal strategy reviews, and career development guidance. 

  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 

  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or team lead role. 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding expansion/revenue targets. 

  • Experience leading in SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B software preferred. 

  • Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM, plus pipeline and forecasting tools. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence. 

 

Where: [Travel up to 25%, Remote in the US]
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

 Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $165,000 to $175,000 USD per year with a variable component included. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
