The Role

We’re seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead EverHealth’s partner strategy and reshape how we go to market with our partners. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution of partner programs that expand EverHealth’s footprint, create new growth opportunities, and strengthen alignment with our most strategic external and internal stakeholders.

This is a highly strategic role that requires a proven leader who can balance revenue growth, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute EverHealth’s partner strategy to drive revenue growth, retention, and market expansion.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market motions and growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with Product to identify integration opportunities, expand partner value propositions, and strengthen our ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, joint value messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Establish a partner performance framework with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Oversee the partner lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, enablement, and growth.
  • Anticipate and mitigate channel conflict; ensure partnerships complement direct sales efforts.
  • Represent EverHealth in industry and partner-facing events as a thought leader.
  • Lead and mentor the Partnerships team, building a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel, or Business Development roles, with at least 5+ in leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems in SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B software.
  • Experience navigating partnerships with EHRs, RCM, or practice management vendors strongly preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent negotiation, executive presence, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring impact.
  • Data driven approach to forecasting revenue targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment.

Where: Remote/Hybrid Boston, MA

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Boston, MA – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: 

The target base compensation for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 USD plus variable compensation per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
