EverHealth is simplifying the business of healthcare through simplified, user-centric software which streamlines the daily operations of healthcare practices. We are seeking an Events Manger who will play a key role in building and executing strategic event and tradeshow planning for our EverHealth solutions. In this role, you will report to the Head of Brand and Creative Services and assist with budgeting, coordinating show assets, tactical show needs, managing deadlines and due dates, and communicating with Marketing, Sales and Business Development on all relevant event information. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist with research and identify new event growth opportunities where EverHealth brands could drive new customer acquisition or partnerships 

  • Assist with identifying and negotiating various sponsorship opportunities with industry partners and develop opportunities for breakouts, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities   

  • Manage the marketing strategies around each event to help drive attendance, set meetings, generate product demos, and follow-up with prospective customers  

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the successful deployment of event support assets, including email campaigns, company overview and sales sheets, landing pages, promotional campaign creation, printed advertisements, booth material design, and social media execution  

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure maximum ROI from show leads and prospects 

  • Manage deadlines and due dates carefully 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business management, or related field 

  • 5-7 years of event/tradeshow planning experience  

  • Interest in the technology and SaaS space  

  • Prefer healthcare industry experience but not required 

  • Able to work independently 

  • Experience working in Asana or a similar project management tool 

  • Passionate about events and event planning 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills  

  • Experience with hotel and vendor contract negotiation  

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at the same time   

  • Strong communicator, strategic planner, and problem solver  

  • Work well with teams spread across different time zones 

  • Some travel is required 

 

Where: Location can be remote inside of the United States, up to 25% travel is expected. 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.  

 

Compensation: $70,000-80,000 annually, less applicable withholdings, payable bi-weekly. Regular payroll dates are scheduled every other Friday. Any variance to this schedule due to holidays will be communicated ahead of time. This position is a non-exempt position, which means you will receive overtime pay in accordance with state law.
