We are looking for a Sr. Strategist, Paid Media to focus on our EverConnect Family of Brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing platforms, with a primary focus on search advertising. The Sr. Strategist, Paid Media will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to meet our business objectives.

The person in this role will assist the current team by implementing leading-edge digital marketing strategies, utilizing the latest technologies and ROI tracking tactics. Day-to-day, you'll manage paid media campaigns, starting by getting up to speed on what we've got in place and then moving on to owning your own campaigns. Additionally, you’ll be helping to teach and train jr. resources and engaging with clients when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.

  • Create and optimize ad copy for search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising.

  • Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals.

  • Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms.

  • Assist teammates by sharing knowledge, joining client calls, and evangelizing best practices.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English.

  • Experience with generating leads in an agency environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.

  • A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
