We are looking for a Manager of Account Management to focus on our agency services supporting Enterprise, Mid Market and Franchise clients. Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We deliver results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, (search, social, and programmatic), search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development.
Socius Marketing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Account Management to lead our team of account managers. As the Account Management lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship between our agency and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client satisfaction, and maintaining strong partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Team Development: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and oversight on accounts varying from local to national scale.
- Client Support and Advocacy: Provide support, advocacy, and solutions to your team’s clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve client issues, overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing existing accounts.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for any client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Manage Key Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and goals achieved through trust-building and strategic solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and seize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue within accounts.
- Strategic Development: Develop strategies to grow accounts aligned with client needs and expectations.
- Communication and Presentation: Utilize exceptional communication skills to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, presenting solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction: Influence customer lifetime value through high levels of satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
Skills and Experience needed:
- 5+ years proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships directly with clients and team.

Where: [REMOTE, US/ LIMITED/SOME TRAVEL The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD Per Year with 10% annual bonus based on performance. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions
