Position Overview:

As a Program Manager in the Enterprise PMO, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of strategic transformation programs and projects. You will work closely with leadership teams to facilitate the successful implementation of large-scale changes, including but not limited to transformations that impact Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Billing, and Revenue operations. This role requires deep experience managing SaaS transformation programs; strong command of program and project management practices and change management methodologies; and superb stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

Lead large-scale technology transformation programs through all phases, from discovery and design to implementation and stabilization.

Drive portfolio lead-to-quote and quote-to-revenue programs across multiple

business units, focusing on the implementation and/or consolidation of business processes and systems of actions for CPQ (configure, price, quote), billing,

fulfillment/provisioning, and revenue recognition to improve internal execution and customer experience.

Design program plans that integrate cross-functional workstreams (people

operations, marketing, customer experience, sales, product, engineering, billingoperations, finance, accounting), focusing on collaboration, risk management,

communication, and change control.

Set goals for programs in alignment with enterprise and/or business-unit strategies.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with workflow owners, product leads,

engineering teams, systems integrators, business SMEs, and external stakeholders (e.g. consultants and other implementation partners) to ensure cohesive delivery across systems and processes.

Oversee the delivery of project and program outputs, ensuring successful

outcomes in partnership with project managers.

Support and guide project managers, removing blockers, facilitating decision-

making, and ensuring upstream/downstream impacts are understood and

addressed.

Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and success criteria for program outcomes.

Identify risks, assist in developing mitigation strategies, and escalate risks and/or issues to senior leadership when needed.

Maintain program documentation, including RAID logs, communication plans, and governance materials.

Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership through structured updates, steering committee decks, and status reports.

Drive change control activities by evaluating impacts of scope, timeline, or

architectural adjustments, and partner with stakeholders to ensure informed

decision-making.

Manage contractor delivery and performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations and timelines.

Stakeholder Communication and Partnership

Partner with Enterprise Teams, Business Units, and external consultants to define and deliver optimized operations, ensuring alignment on business rules, product structures, pricing, and downstream accounting impacts.

Collaborate with executive leadership, project teams, and a variety of other

stakeholder groups through recurring check-ins and structured reporting to

maintain alignment and surface strategic decisions.

Translate complex technical and architectural tradeoffs into clear decision options for leadership, ensuring stakeholders understand risks, constraints, and

operational impacts.• Drive cross-functional alignment on critical business processes and execution, ensuring decisions are documented and communicated.

Clearly communicate expectations, decisions, and next steps in a way that

translates complex technical and financial concepts into accessible, actionable

information.

Partner closely with Sales/CX, Billing, Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other team leads to ensure appropriate prioritization of requirements and sequencing of work.

Use strong written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholder

expectations, facilitate cross-team alignment, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities in requirements.

Foster a transparent communication environment between project teams, business functions, senior and executive leadership, and external partners to ensure clarity of scope and seamless coordination across technical and operational domains.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or related field.

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci are a plus.

Experience:

6+ years of experience in project and program management, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional SaaS or enterprise systems programs.

Experience in supporting change management initiatives, including stakeholder adoption, communication planning, and operational readiness.

Experience delivering quote-to-revenue or billing technology implementations (e.g.,

Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Stripe), including integration design and business process reengineering, is a major plus.

Skills:

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects and program

workstreams simultaneously.

Strong understanding of change management and communication practices,

especially in the context of enterprise systems and process transformation.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical

stakeholders; ability to translate between business needs and system capabilities.• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

Proficiency in building presentations, writing decision documentation, and

structuring executive-ready communications.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
