What You'll Do
- Coordinate events and experiences for our top customers.
- Manage vendor relationships and support the planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Communicate with our players to plan their itineraries and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Help design internal and external events that showcase the DraftKings brand.
- Support the production planning aspect of events, including working with agencies to source hotels, partnering with Legal to finalize contracts, and assisting with budget management.
- Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of event planning and management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting Legal contract negotiations (RFPs) and managing vendor relationships.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
