Job Description
We’re looking for an Events Coordinator who is obsessed with delivering world-class service to join our vibrant, fast-growing company. An Event Coordinator at ePayPolicy will be responsible for our presence at events from beginning to end.  This role will manage pre-event scheduling, logistics including shipping and inventory,  proactively manage the events list, and implement changes as needed based on sales team feedback. 

Please note - this role is not expected to attend all of these events. This would be the point person, based out of HQ. It is a part-time position requiring no more than 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities and Duties

Take ownership of all industry events where ePayPolicy has a presence. Including: 

  • Pre-event scheduling

  • Attending bi-weekly tradeshow meetings 

  • Shipping booth and collateral from HQ (or utilizing a 3rd party service)

  • Maintaining inventory and ordering swag

  • Equipping sales with tools for lead collection and post-event follow-up

  • Proactive management of events list and commitments

  • Researching additional events that might hold value for us to attend

  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget

You may be a good fit if

  • 2-3 years working as an events coordinator or a current college junior or senior studying event management.

  • Creative and curious thinker - examples of how you solved problems uniquely or found a better way to do something without being asked.

  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals and to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently.

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
