We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
- Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare event materials, supplies, and documentation.
- Coordinate venue setup and ensure events run smoothly.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Track event inventories and maintain organized records.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
