* Job Summary
* The Event Strategy Lead is a key member of the event team responsible for the strategic development, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of events. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on logistical support to ensure all events align with business objectives, provide a positive attendee experience, and reinforce the company's brand. The coordinator works with various internal teams and external vendors to manage all aspects of the event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event analysis.
* What you'll do
* Support the development and implementation of event strategies that align with business priorities and marketing campaigns.
* Manage all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, venue selection, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination.
* Collaborate with campaign marketing, field marketing, and sales teams to ensure events effectively showcase the company's capabilities and drive market demand.
* Act as a central point of contact for all event-related stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal subject matter experts.
* Maintain and track event performance metrics, such as registration, attendance, and influenced pipeline, to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations, agendas, and post-event surveys.
* Ensure all events are executed within established budgets and timelines.
* Provide outstanding customer service to attendees and stakeholders throughout the event planning and execution process.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field and 3 years of experience in a coordination, event planning, or administrative support role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B marketing or a technology-focused environment OR
* 7 years of experience in a coordination, event planning, or administrative support role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B marketing or a technology-focused environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Experience with event technology platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
