This role translates complex ESG regulations into scalable data, analytics, and reporting solutions, ensuring audit is ready, accurate, and decision useful ESG information for internal and external stakeholders. The Director partners cross functionally across Legal, Sustainability, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and HR to enable consistent, data driven ESG compliance and reporting.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead ESG compliance analytics, reporting, and disclosure controls
- Translate ESG regulatory requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions
- Own ESG data governance, quality, and audit readiness
- Build dashboards and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Partner cross‑functionally to drive standardized, data‑driven ESG reporting
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of ESG initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations or related role
- Strong knowledge of legal department operations and best practices
- Experience in implementing and managing legal technology tools and systems
- Experience in data analytics and reporting methodologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
