Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Systems Administrator - NetSuite to lead the enterprise-wide ERP transformation from legacy Oracle Fusion to Oracle NetSuite. This role will oversee the full implementation lifecycle—including technical delivery, organizational readiness, and post‑go‑live optimization—while managing key internal and external technology partners. The ERP Implementation & Systems Administrator will drive successful adoption across multiple business units and provide long-term stewardship of the ERP ecosystem supporting finance, operations, and corporate systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain current Oracle Fusion application until deprecation at the end of 2026.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Oracle NetSuite implementation plan, including data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead ERP integrations with adjacent enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS (e.g., Workday), payroll, tax, billing, and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Avalara).
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for ERP delivery, coordinating across implementation partners, software vendors, internal developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage the relationship with Oracle’s technical team, implementation partner, and internal developers.
  • Drive organizational change management efforts to support NetSuite adoption, process standardization, and user engagement including planning and executing end-user training programs.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversee ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to ensure scalability and alignment with business needs.
  • Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for ERP operations and support.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the Fusion‑to‑NetSuite transition, providing architectural guidance, solution design leadership, and ongoing NetSuite expertise after Fusion deprecation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of combined experience with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Fusion, including hands-on configuration, solution design, or technical oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering 3–4 full-cycle ERP implementations or migrations, with at least one NetSuite deployment required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (highly preferred).
  • Strong project management capabilities, including project planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to present complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through organizational change, particularly within dynamic or evolving environments.
  • Collaborative, relationship‑driven working style, with experience partnering closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to office sites across North America, as needed.

  • Proven leadership experience, including guiding cross-functional teams and influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure or rapidly evolving project environments.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or rapidly changing organization, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Interest in sustainability and a genuine passion for contributing to environmentally focused and mission-driven organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $125 - 175k.  In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
