Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned manager with significant experience on ERP implementation programs, preferably implementation of Financials, to join our team to provide top level business services for our Higher Education clients. You will be a key player in providing management, advisory, and subject matter expertise for universities replacing their legacy Finance systems. The professional will have the opportunity to interface with high level leaders across the organization. Job Responsibilities

  • Operate as the client Finance Manager for a Workday implementation program.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client's Finance Workstream Lead, and work collaboratively with the system implementor Finance Workstream Lead to maintain one cohesive Finance Leadership team.
  • Manage project work plan, risks, actions, and decisions for the Finance workstream
  • Ensure that the project RAPID Decision process is executed in a thorough and timely manner by Finance workstream members
  • Support administrative needs such as status report creation, scheduling, and notetaking as needed.
  • Provide guidance to the client to assist in their decision making, risk management, team management and stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
  • Serve as a liaison to the program management office (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and develop client relationships with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
  • Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence.
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills. 

Required Experience

  • Senior Consultant skills: Self-motivated, customer-focused professional.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead role.
  • 4+ years of business-systems experience on ERP implementation projects such as PeopleSoft, Workday and Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience with ERP Grants modules
  • Demonstrated experience and/or certifications in project management on complex software implementation projects.  

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience leading Workday Finance implementations in project management, advisory, or system implementation roles.
  • Consulting experience for higher education clients.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Salary Range
$160,000$190,000 USD
