The Opportunity
The Caterpillar Information Technology ERP Application Security team is seeking a SAP (GRC) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (AC) Access Control and (PC) Process Control Administrator.
The SAP GRC Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, and support of SAP GRC AC and PC modules. This role ensures that our organization maintains effective risk management, compliance monitoring, and access governance within our SAP environments. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, user support, configuration, and continuous improvement in the organization's risk and compliance processes.

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP GRC AC and PC modules, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist in automating controls and risk management processes using GRC tools and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize GRC processes, enhance system performance, and improve user experience.
- Administer and configure SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules to support compliance and risk management objectives.
- Monitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, access risk analysis, and remediation activities.
- Maintain and monitor sync jobs with appropriate scheduling tools to ensure data integrity
- Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, compliance reports, and system documentation.
- Develop, maintain and automate process controls, workflows, and monitoring within the SAP GRC AC/PC module.
- Train and support end-users and stakeholders on GRC processes and system functionality.
- Configure, customize, and enhance GRC AC and PC using BRFplus and MSMP to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay current with SAP GRC best practices, new features, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical and operational go-live support for releases and deployments.
- Lead annual SAP GRC disaster recovery testing and application upgrades
