What You Must Have

- Conducting user research activities
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Figma
- Documenting design decisions and guidelines
- UI development skills/experience (e.g., Power Apps, Streamlit)
- Familiarity with consuming APIs and integrating dynamic content into UIs
- Developing information architecture and user flows
- Planning and conducting usability testing sessions
- Providing regular updates to the Product Manager
- Possessing a background in risk management, SOX compliance, or internal controls
- Having familiarity with enterprise data models, audit workflows, or finance & accounting systems
- Experience supporting or working with audit, risk, or compliance functions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
