In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement specifically seeks contributors with recent, hands-on experience producing published, sell-side research on public companies. You'll have the opportunity to evaluate AI tools and participate in expert interviews, directly influencing how financial research workflows are enhanced by emerging technologies.
Scope of Work:
Participate in structured expert interviews to provide insight into current sell-side research methodologies and workflows.
Test and evaluate AI-powered tools and platforms designed for equity research analysis, delivering feedback on usability, coverage, and analytical output.
Review and interpret generated financial content to assess accuracy, depth, and industry relevance.
Share perspectives on integrating AI tools into traditional equity research processes.
Document observations and recommendations to inform the development of advanced AI models tailored to financial research needs.
Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure feedback is actionable and aligns with project objectives.
Contribute written and verbal feedback, emphasizing clarity and depth in communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate, including publishing research, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations for public companies.
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools used in financial research or analysis workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Experience participating in or conducting interviews, panel discussions, or feedback sessions on industry tools and practices.
Recognized for analytical rigor, attention to detail, and industry expertise.
Proven ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
Background working with institutional clients and accustomed to the standards of published sell-side research.
