The Epic IAM Analyst will lead identity management processes, design RBAC models, manage user provisioning, and support Epic security initiatives in healthcare environments.

Superlanet is seeking an Epic IAM Analyst to support high-impact initiatives across our client portfolio. This is a full-time position with several high-visibility initiatives mapped out across our healthcare clients, offering the opportunity to take ownership of identity lifecycle management and access governance across critical systems supporting patient access and revenue cycle operations.
This role is IAM-first, with Epic security as a key application focus, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant access across enterprise healthcare environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead identity and access management processes, including joiner/mover/leaver workflows
- Design and support role-based access control (RBAC) models across enterprise systems
- Manage and optimize user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Partner with application teams to support Epic security (roles, classes, templates)
- Support integrations between IAM platforms and Epic (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint)
- Participate in access reviews, certifications, and audit remediation efforts
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within IAM workflows
- Troubleshoot access-related issues across IAM tools and Epic environments
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align access with business and compliance requirements
- Maintain documentation for IAM policies, procedures, and access models
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or similar)
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and RBAC frameworks
- Experience supporting application access, with exposure to Epic security preferred
- Epic Security Certification or experience supporting Epic access (preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA; SOX is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally across security, infrastructure, and application teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Epic security structures (roles, classes, templates, user records)
- Exposure to identity governance and administration (IGA) tools
- Experience in large, multi-entity healthcare environments
- Experience with provisioning automation and access certification tools
Benefits
Salary based on experience $110,000 - $130,000
