The Enterprise Systems Developer at Sharecare will gather business requirements, support Workday modules, conduct root cause analysis, and manage communications with Workday Support.

Essential Job Functions:
- Gather business requirements from our Business Community & management -and convert the business requirements to technical specifications to include interfaces, reports creation/analysis for enhanced business analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine an appropriate action plan for break/fix issues.
- Configure and support Workday Finance and/or one or more of Customers, Timekeeping or Payroll modules
- Maintain data integrity through all data transformations and transmissions
- Participate and support prototypes and demonstrations of new functionality
- Support the bi-annual upgrades processes
- Act as primary named support contact with Workday -managing communications with Workday Support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis, technical business analysis &/or technical financials reporting
- Workday Pro certification highly preferred
- Strongly prefer Workday Financials/HR background.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university.
- Strong consideration will be given for candidates with a background in computer science, finance, or accounting
- Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday Finance and one or more associated modules with complex integrations and troubleshooting.
- Expertise and functional awareness in managing integrations with Workday VNDLY and Adaptive Planning
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent documentation skills (samples of nonproprietary documentation maybe be asked for review)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player
- Proactive, with a sense of ownership
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new functions and technologies
- Experience integrating other 3rd party SaaS platform (ex: Salesforce) with Boomi integration platform strongly preferred
- Demonstrated Expertise in the following Workday technologies:
- Workday Studio
- Workday Integrations
- Workday Security
- Adaptive Insights
