As an Enterprise Solution Consultant, you will serve as the strategic link between frontline sales partners and a deep set of resources within the Solution Engineering and Advisory team to design solutions for complex, high-value deals.
The Enterprise Solution Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to Experian's clients and develops proposed solutions that fit client needs using Experian products and services. You will combine business strategy with technology best practices to create complex solutions with a compelling value proposition for each opportunity uncovered. You will provide voice-of-client feedback with Experian partners to identify important features and gaps with existing offerings. You will help position Experian as a strategic partner, promoting long-term relationships that deliver market-differentiating value for our North American Financial Services clients.

- Establish consultative relationships with senior executives and collaborate with our teams to position market-leading solutions
- Provide industry expertise to influence product and development roadmap
- Help identify, pursue, and close new business and renewal opportunities

- This is an individual contributor role and you will report to the Enterprise Solution Consultant Director
- NOTE: This role features a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) compensation structure. SIP plans feature a bi-weekly salary payment with monthly variable payouts based on sales attainment, with opportunities for under- and over-achievement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in credit risk, marketing, acquisitions, and servicing/collections functions, across financial institutions or utilities/mobile/insurance. Relevant expertise should include one or more of; custom model development using consumer credit and/or marketing data, prescreen marketing campaign development, risk-based pricing strategy development, product/deposit eligibility evaluation, or other credit lifecycle analytics
- Involvement in the business-related aspects of the technology required for data analysis, credit decisioning, and/or credit marketing campaign execution
- Experience presenting C-level-focused insights with specific recommendations for improving their business
- Understanding of corporate priorities and the programs designed to deliver financial results
- An understanding of credit information and credit decisioning across the customer lifecycle
- Expert in developing complex strategies
- Knowledge of FCRA regulated versus non-regulated data
- Bachelor's degree in a Business field of study or Computer Science (MBA / Master's degree in Decision Sciences or equivalent preferred)
- 7+ years' experience in data compilation and analysis using analytical tools (Python/SAS/R/Hue)
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise lending or marketing systems an advantage
- Willingness to travel (25-50%)
