- Lead discussions on future architecture direction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design & Integration:
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of SGPO systems with platforms like Salesforce, SAP ECC, Vistex, and Databricks.
- Optimize data flows for analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, and Business Analytics teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of tools to empower sales teams, automate processes, and improve operational efficiencies.
Governance & Oversight:
- Participate in architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide strategic consultation to stakeholders, advising on risks, trade-offs, and technology priorities.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Equivalent experience in healthcare administration, GPO, or pharmacy is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Typically has fifteen (15) or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment and systems lifecycle management
- Ten (10) or more years in solution architecture with expertise in multi-platform environments.
- Three (3) experience in leading multiple, large, cross-functional projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing cross-platform solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with SalesForce Experience Cloud, SAP ECC, Vistex, Databricks, and Reltio Master Data Management.
- Proficiency in API design, system integration, and data architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI workflows is a plus.
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
