About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Representative at Airship, you will drive bookings for our full product suite across defined industries throughout North America. This role focuses on maximizing revenue and market share through effective go-to-market strategies. You will contribute to sales development, partnership cultivation, and marketing initiatives for your assigned area, collaborating closely with Airship's marketing team to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence.

You have a strong track record of generating sales revenue within assigned territories and excel in developing environments where you can make meaningful contributions. You approach challenges with determination and persistence, adapt well to changing circumstances, and communicate effectively across all levels. Your professional dedication and enthusiasm for growth industries complement your sales expertise.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve the bookings and revenue goals established by Senior Management
  • Implement effective sales strategies while building relationships with potential partners and industry groups
  • Travel as needed to engage directly with customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute territory strategies that ensure target achievement
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share in your assigned region
  • Provide accurate weekly bookings forecasts
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate our value proposition
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of sales experience in related/relevant fields
  • Established record of sales achievements
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term planning and near-term objectives
  • Proven success building relationships at executive level
  • Demonstrated success with C-level and multi-level selling approaches
  • Successful track record in B2B sales environments
  • Superior presentation and written communication skills; ability to lead internal/external meetings and executive briefings
  • Experience in marketing technology and software industry

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce, account mapping tools, and data intelligence platforms
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing growth technologies
Work Location & Travel Requirements

Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Airship believes that flexible work contributes to a more productive and more equitable work environment, and that Airshippers are able to collaborate, innovate, and support one another across different locations and timezones.

Some roles may require that employees perform their work from a specific location to support business activities, and/or be within proximity to an Airship office location or customer or partner locations, while other roles can be performed 100% remotely. 

This position is fully remote and may require up to 20% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager.

Compensation

Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. 

The starting base pay range for this position is: $140,000 - $155,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role. In addition, Airship offers a robust benefits package as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
