The Enterprise Sales Leader (FLSA exempt role) is responsible for the overall sales strategy, leading the enterprise sales team, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve company growth objectives. The Enterprise Sales Leader will maintain and strengthen executive-level relationships, ensure prospect and company goals are met, and manage risks associated with potential net new client accounts. Key responsibilities include performance tracking, reporting, training, and onboarding of new team members, all while fostering long-term relationships with enterprise-level prospects.
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Executives by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the tools, support, and direction to succeed in acquiring high-value enterprise clients.
  • Leverage internal DAS subject matter experts to drive sales process activities.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets, ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Set realistic compensation expectations with Enterprise Sales Executives surrounding base and commission goals.   
  • Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies, as needed.
  • Define and drive key sales team KPIs and metrics within the team.
  • Coach, develop, and lead sales team members.
  • Actively coach, mentor, and support Enterprise Sales Executives to enhance their skills, improve performance, and build their careers.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and grow the sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy based on organizational goals and objectives.
  • Optimize existing sales team structure based on the sales strategy.
  • Apply a disciplined sales process including pipeline development, account discovery, and opportunity strategy development. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end client acquisition process.
  • Set appropriate expectations on client size, business size, standard deal, and contract size with an understanding that we will scale, as needed.
  • Obtain and disseminate client and external market feedback to inform marketing and operational components across DAS Health.
  • Prepare the team for scaling by designing an effective organizational structure, team culture, and compensation/incentive plans – while developing and hiring top performers.
  • Advise, as needed, on diligence items and perform integration work during M&A activity.
  • Attend sales presentations, client meetings, channel partner discussions, industry events and conferences and other external activities to promote the DAS brand and ignite the sales activities.
  • Partner with marketing to develop lead generation and brand awareness strategy.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Other duties, as required.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales expertise, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, managing high-performing teams.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a high-growth company, PE-backed company is preferred.
  • Ability to assess market conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies that maximize account value and drive sales performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions for clients and the sales team.
