About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as the Enterprise Risk Analytics & Platform Manager as part of the Enterprise Risk Team, responsible for managing and optimizing risk management systems and delivering data-driven insights. We’re looking for a risk management professional with technology and digital asset expertise. You will join OKX's Enterprise Risk team and partner with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, Product, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management program, focusing on risk assessments, internal controls, and effective reporting to Board and management committees.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Risk Analytics and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that provide insights to inform risk management decisions.

    • Analyze risk data (e.g., KRIs, inherent and residual risk ratings, issues / incidents) to identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks.

    • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Risk and Control Rationalization:

    • Rationalize and streamline risks, controls, and processes to ensure consistency and eliminate redundancies.

    • Collaborate with business units to validate assessments of inherent risks, controls and residual risks, and ensure alignment with ERM policies.

    • Support the identification and evaluation of emerging risks.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with risk owners, control owners, and business units to support risk management activities (e.g., KRI monitoring, issue / incident tracking).

    • Provide training and guidance on risk systems and data analytics best practices.

    • Act as the project manager for ongoing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system maintenance and upgrade initiatives, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure timely progress

  • Risk System Management and Administration:

    • Manage and optimize risk management systems (e.g., the GRC system) to support ERM processes and business requirements (e.g., user access administration and system permissions).

    • Oversee system updates, improvements, and integrations to enhance performance and functionality.

    • Partner with vendors to facilitate ongoing developments, introduce new features and ensure continuous innovation

What We Look For In You

  •  5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance or audit function

  • Experience with GRC systems on a global scale is a must, ideally with Workiva

  • Proven experience in project and program management, conducting risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies

  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and policy management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor reporting to different audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization

  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in / knowledge of the digital asset space (cryptocurrency, blockchain) is a plus

The base salary range for this role varies by location and is in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws:

Tier 1: $159,000 - $190,000

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
