The Enterprise Applications and Architecture (EAA) team is a geographically dispersed team across the US and India. Our growing Enterprise Integrations team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager who is passionate about transforming technology into critical business value. You will lead automation projects leveraging integrations, workflow automation, and AI to empower internal users across Coinbase's operations and engineering teams. Your expertise will help define and implement integration roadmaps across a rapidly scaling portfolio of over 100+ business systems, including tools like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Amazon Connect, JIRA etc. You possess the versatility to understand your stakeholder challenges and translate these into technical requirements for the engineering team. You will work with cross functional partners across a wide variety of teams at Coinbase (Engineering, Customer Experience, Finance, HR, Trust & Risk,, Security, Product, etc.) to deliver value for internal partners. You have a hypergrowth mindset and look for ways to 10x our enterprise capabilities through the innovative use of AI/integrations/automations with a proven history of driving scalable solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Proactively builds relationships with key business unit stakeholders, and Product/Engineering Managers to understand business strategy, team’s scope and requirements.
- Manage ideation, business cases, demand and roadmaps across cross functional internal teams to develop and steer product roadmap
- Own product development of complex workflows from conception to launch focused on enterprise integrations, process automation and data flows
- Create and articulate vision & strategy for product development to support our internal customers
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring Engineering teams have 4-6 weeks worth of refined backlog
- Deliver quarterly objectives and work within and plan against a defined project/product release schedule
- Recommend new methods for efficiency to support our key business partners
- Conduct Demos to business units of integrations and automation projects
- Run User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off on behalf of the business, as needed
- Plan and coordinate across multiple product & engineering teams
- Spearhead change management activities, when necessary, to drive successful adoption of capabilities
- Work with Enterprise/Solutions Architects/EMs to specify design, performance and security standards that all contributing teams need to adhere to including core shared functions like authentication, rate limiting, logging
- Define and analyze metrics that mature the Product Management function and guide product development
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executive level stakeholders
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience, preferably as a Product Manager at a SaaS company, for an internal product, enterprise/ integrations/API development or enterprise data management with prior experience in Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience in AI automations, API Integrations, Business & Robotics process automation and their patterns, protocols, and tools.
- Functional understanding of Enterprise apps used across CX/HR/Finance/IT domains (SFDC, Workday, Netsuite, Gsuite, Slack, etc.) and their integrations via Mulesoft/Airflow/Workato or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and Cloud services.
- Strong prioritization methods with communication (written and verbal) skills to navigate tough trade off discussions
- Hands-on experience in writing PRD, defining personas and user stories.
- Background working within an Agile environment as technical product manager, collaborating closely with Engineering team on roadmap execution
- Experience with defining non-functional requirements (Automation, CI/CD, Security, load/performance testing)
- Experience with vendor management and third party software implementations
- Experience with reporting and analyzing key metrics and incorporating them into decision- making processes
- Demonstrated ability to create order out of chaos, with minimal oversight and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- You are self–motivated and able to take ownership of an initiative from start to finish.
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience in engineering or software developer roles
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, and any programming language
- Advanced understanding of tools like G-Suite, Slack, LeanIX, Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain
