Job Description:

Enterprise Planning DT Deployment Manager will be a key player in program Digital team. They will lead Project DT vendors and partners, working closely with PNE Enterprise Planning Director, business stakeholders and experts and Central Mars DT (MGS DT). The key role objective is to orchestrate multi-vendor and multi-solution delivery roadmap to ensure that Enterprise Planning capabilities in Pet Nutrition Europe are well integrated within target PNE digital ecosystem and to synchronise all internal program delivery dependencies.

This role is transformation program role with the expected duration till the end of 2027, subject to change shall there be additional scope or needs identified.

What are we looking for?

  • Legal right to travel, live and work in EU or UK

  • 5+ years’ experience leading technical and functional teams

  • 5+ years’ work experience in Digital Technologies

  • Knowledge on Financial basis for project budgeting and financial planning.

  • Knowledge of IT solutions and/or Enterprise Planning domain will be a significant plus

  • Min 3 years in project management experience as a project manager or project team lead

  • Project management certification will be a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Identification, planning and coordination of cross-product team activities that are essential in the delivery and integration of capabilities in scope of Enterprise Planning program

  • Bringing your technical expertise to ease, accelerate and coordinate systems integration design activities, in close collaboration and support from Architecture and Product teams

  • Proactive risks, issues and dependencies management and communication

  • Financial planning and management of all internal Mars DT (MGS / other) costs

  • Partnering with key business and digital program leaders to ensure right governance and communication standards are followed and in place
