As an Enterprise Account Executive in Databricks' Communications, Media, and Entertainment vertical, you are a data-driven sales professional experienced in selling to enterprise-level organizations. You excel at demonstrating how Databricks' innovative data and AI solutions can revolutionize the industry through customer vision expansion and compressed decision cycles. Your passion lies in deeply understanding both Databricks' products and the unique challenges faced by organizations, effectively communicating the value of data-driven insights to enhance performance, fan engagement, and business operations.You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales, focusing on the vertical within Databricks.
The impact you will have:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting high-value accounts in the CME industry

Guide deals forward by aligning Databricks' solutions with the strategic goals of enterprise organizations

Collaborate with System Integrators to create comprehensive solutions for complex client needs

Identify and secure new enterprise accounts within the CME vertical

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

Serve as the primary liaison between Databricks and organizations
-
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, with opportunities for accelerators above 100% quota attainment

Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential within the vertical

Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
What we look for:

Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably with experience in the CME industry

Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with business objectives

Experience with CRM systems and enterprise sales methodologies
