Enterprise Demand Generation  @ Clay

We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to scale our sales-led efforts and grow the pipeline within Clay Enterprise. This role requires a creative, resourceful thinker who can craft differentiated B2B campaigns that stand out amongst the noise. You’re constantly experimenting to find the perfect balance between lead quality and spend – and sharing your learnings with teammates in sales and marketing throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Attract enterprise buyers to Clay by partnering with GTM engineering. You’ll work every day with the GTM engineering team. You’ll know daily what companies are in our open opportunities, who are the people involved at each opportunity, and what are patterns amongst all of them. You leverage this information to build demand generation campaigns to attract new buyers into the funnel that mirror insights uncovered in existing open and closed opportunities.

  • Own advertising channels targeting enterprise buyers. This includes running ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other experimental channels. You’re endlessly experimenting to find the perfect balance between lead quality and spend.

  • Own outbound campaigns targeting enterprise buyers. You’ll run outbound campaigns through email, direct mail, and any other creative idea you have up your sleeve. You will use Clay every day.

  • Coordinate other marketing teams for multi-channel campaigns. This includes teammates who are running content campaigns with partners, hosting experiential events with executives at conferences, and assuring all enterprise demand gen touchpoints are correctly tagged by working with GTM operations.

  • Share learnings with GTM engineering and marketing leadership. You are the bridge between marketing and GTM engineering teams. You’ll review campaign performance, document insights, get feedback on ad creative, and share results with both teams every week. You are accountable for our enterprise pipeline.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with enterprise demand generation. You are thoughtful on what moves the needle and what doesn’t when targeting enterprise buyers at B2B SaaS companies.

  • Creative yet analytical. You have a history of thinking outside the box to run campaigns that stand out from the noise and drive enterprise pipeline for the sales team.

  • Impactful copywriter. You are writing all advertising copy. You’ll work with creative design partners. You find the balance between what you’re hearing in sales calls and what drives impact in your testing.

  • Paid acquisition expertise. You will be the one building, launching, and optimizing ABM advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Bonus: Clay expertise. You will be using Clay every day. The ideal candidate is already ahead of the curve. You’re at the forefront of building creative and impactful Clay tables.

Life @ Clay

Based out of a central office on 19th Street in Manhattan's Flatiron District. We love the energy of in-person collaboration while also offering the flexibility to work from home when needed.

  • Competitive salary and role trajectory: Roles, responsibilities, and comp grow as we do.

  • Health Insurance: Fully covered, high-quality medical, dental, and vision plans for NYC Claymates. Includes options covering 70–80% of out-of-network therapy after a deductible is met. Insurance options for remote Claymates may vary by location.

  • Visa sponsorship: We get it - it's an arduous process, but we're not scared of it.

  • Paid time off: We expect team members to take at least 3 weeks fully-disconnected per year, with a flexible vacation policy beyond that.

  • Free food: Free meals in office every day and unlimited snacks.

  • Parental leave & fertility support: IVF fertility benefits, egg freezing, and 4 months of paid parental leave.
